Reporting and Recognition


Reporting helps the Foundations demonstrate impact to both donors and the broader community. If your organization has been approved for a grant from the Community Foundation of Mississauga, you may have been asked to report on the use of that grant. If reporting is a condition of your grant, you would have signed a Grant Agreement which outlined the requirements and deadline to submit your report – please review those requirements carefully.

All forms and reports assigned to you will be sent to your account on the online grants portal. Emailed reports will not be accepted. Failure to submit grant reports will result in your inability to submit future grant applications.

Please use these links to download a copy of the Foundation’s logo for recognition materials:

Small file suitable only for web based use: CFofM web logo.

Colour file for print: CFofM print logo.

Black and White for print: CFofM BW print logo.

When the logo is to be used against a colour background, please use this file with no shadow: CFofM Logo Transparent PNG.
